    • Acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days

    • Investigate and respond within 20 working days

    • Keep you informed throughout

    You may request a copy of the Complaints Handling Procedure at any point by contacting us email (above). If you remain dissatisfied, you may request a review by a Practice Director.

    Architects with Progress in Practice are registered with the Architect's Registration Board (ARB). The ARB regulates architects but does not resolve disputes.
