Hannah Dixon
RIBA, ARB, M.Arch, BA (hons)
Director, Architect, Certified Passivhaus Designer, AECB Certifier
Hannah is a chartered Architect and Certified Passivhaus Designer, specialising in sustainable, low carbon construction and community engagement. She has a wide range of experience working on Passivhaus and low energy schemes, as both Project Architect and Passivhaus Consultant.
A lover of nature, Hannah is happiest in her garden when surrounded by plants.

Julie Maxwell
ARB, M.Arch, BA (hons)
Senior Architect and Retrofit Co-ordinator
Julie is a qualified architect who moved to the UK in 2015. She has a wealth of experience delivering divers residential projects from deep whole house retrofits to high performance new builds in Sheffield Yorkshire and the wider region.
She is passionate about community engagement, making retrofit accessible to all and creating high quality and sustainable designs.
Outside of work Julie enjoys making art with her son, forest bathing, photography and spending time at her local bouldering centre.

Eunice Sison
BAS, M.Arch (prof), NZRAB
Architectural Designer
Eunice is an experienced Architectural Designer with a passion for community-focussed design. She has worked on the design and delivery of a wide range of new-build and retrofit projects, with a strong emphasis on marrying community engagement with building performance; creating high quality people-centred spaces.
Eunice applies these rigorous design and construction skills to a smaller scale by creating wearable garments in her spare time: knit, sew, crochet, in an effort to be more conscious about consumer habits and textile waste. Eunice also enjoys discovering new places to eat and is always open to new recommendations. -

Anisah Islam Chaudhury
B.Arch (hons)
Architectural Assistant
Anisah is a Part 1 Architectural Assistant who graduated from Manchester School of Architecture in 2026. She is passionate about socially responsible architecture that serves people and the planet, seeing architecture as a means to advance social and climate justice.
She brings hands-on experience in community engagement, having worked with numerous charities and organisations to deliver a variety of workshops and engagement projects focusing on identity, heritage and creative expression.

Izzy Beal
B.Arch (hons)
Architectural Assistant
Izzy is a Part 1 Architectural Assistant and recent graduate of the Manchester School of Architecture, with a passion for community-oriented projects and the social value of architecture. Sustainability sits at the heart of her approach, alongside a playful yet careful attitude to design. Her final-year project explored these interests, placing social value and sustainability at its core.
Outside the office, you can find Izzy at her local cinema, immersed in the latest releases, or taking a leisurely walk along Manchester’s canals.

Office Emotional Support Dog
New to the practice last year, Billie is a half frenchie and half pomeranian. She has become the missing jigsaw piece in our office space.
In her spare time when Billie isn't hard at work (sleeping and bathing in the sunlight) she enjoys interrogating/ chewing on our proposed sample choices or spontaneously deciding to try out swimming at her local park.
