Certified AECB Carbonlite Retrofit of a 1980s detached bungalow. The retrofit of this previously rather sad looking building, has seen it transformed into a fun, fresh, warm and comfortable home, fit for purpose for many years to come. A bespoke design was created to offer a fully accessible design, specific to the needs of our client.

Grade II Listed Lodge in the heart of Birkenhead Park, the world’s first municipal park. The project is being retrofitted to the EnerPHit standard (Passivhaus retrofit standard), potentially making it the first EnerPHit of a Listed building in the world. The project is not only pushing the boundaries of what is possible with historic buildings, but also contributes to research in this field being conducted by the University of Liverpool.
